Golden Triangle Tours

Day 01: Arrival at Delhi

On the first day of your Golden Triangle Tours, representatives of Top India Tourism will warmly welcome you on arrival at Delhi's International Airport. You will be assisted by our staff in your boarding and lodging at a comforting hotel in the city center. Rest of the day will be at your disposal. Enjoy your delicious dinner in your hotel room and have a sound sleep. We will see Delhi's main attractions next day.

Day 02: Delhi

We will see the following attractions of Delhi this day:

Qutab Minar : This 72 m high minaret made of red sandstone and marble is a World Heritage Site.

Red Fort : The fort built by Emperor Shah Jahan is located in Old Delhi, opposite Jama Masjid and Chandni Chowk.

Akshardham Temple : The beautiful temple is spread over 100 acres of land on the banks of river Yamuna.

India Gate : The arched gateway is located on Rajpath at the heart of New Delhi and is a popular picnic spot.

Other attractions of Delhi include: Lotus Temple, Humayun's Tomb, President House, Jama Masjid, Parliament House, Laxmi Narayan Temple and Garden of Five Senses.

Overnight stay will be in Delhi.

Day 03: Agra

On the third day of our Golden Triangle Tour, we will drive to Agra in Uttar Pradesh soon after our breakfast and visit its following attractions:

Taj Mahal : Taj Mahal needs no introduction. The world renowned white marble mausoleum is a World Heritage Site and one of the Seven Wonders of the World.

Agra Red Fort : It is situated 1.5 km from Taj Mahal and offers a great view of Taj Mahal.

Chini ka Rauza : It is the tomb of Allama Afzal Khan, the Mullah of Shiraz, poet and a scholar.

Mehtab Bagh : Literally meaning Moonlight Garden, it is aligned with Taj Mahal and offers a spectacular view of the grand monument.

Overnight stay will be in a hotel in Taj Mahal.

Day 04: Agra-Jaipur

We will continue our sightseeing of Agra's attractions this day also and view its following destinations:

Fatehpur Sikri : The now abandoned Fatehpur Sikri city was founded by Emperor Akbar to honor the Sufi Saint Sheikh Salim Chishti.

Buland Darwaza : The grand gateway was built by Emperor Akbar when he defeated the king of Gujarat.

Sikandra : It is tomb of Emperor Akbar whose construction was completed in 1613 AD by his son Jahangir.

Tomb of Itmad-ud-Daulah : It is situated 2.5 km off Taj Mahal and consists of the cenotaphs of the parents of Mogul Empress Nur Jahan.

Other attractions of Agra include: Dayal Bagh, Taj Museum, Jama Masjid and Ram Bagh.

At late evening, we will depart for Jaipur, the capital city of Rajasthan. Overnight stay will be in Jaipur.

Day 05: Jaipur

We will see the following attractions of Jaipur on the fifth day of our Golden Triangle Tour:

Hawa Mahal : The five storey "Palace of Winds" was built by Sawai Pratap Singh in 1799 for the comfort of royal ladies of the palace.

Jantar Mantar : It's a big observatory which was constructed by Sawai Jai Singh II between 1727 and 1734 AD.

Jal Mahal : The beautiful palace was built in 18th century and is situated in the middle of beautiful Mansarovar Lake.

Govind Dev Ji Temple : The temple is situated in City Palace complex and is dedicated to Lord Krishna. Overnight stay will be in Jaipur.

Day 06: Jaipur-Delhi

We will continue sightseeing of Jaipur's attractions this day also and visit its following attractions:

Amber Fort : The fort was constructed in 15th century by Raja Man Singh and could be best explored with an elephant safari.

City Palace : The beautiful palace houses Diwan-I-Aam, Diwan-I-Khas, Chandra Mahal, Mubarak Mahal and Maharani's Palace.

Nahargarh Fort : The massive fort was originally built in 1734 by Sawai Man Singh and was expanded further in 1868.

Albert Hall Museum : Also known as Central Museum, it is built in Indo-Saracenic style of architecture.

Other attractions of Jaipur are: Vidhyadhar Garden, Ridhi Sidhi Pol, Sisodia Rani Garden and Jaigarh Fort.

After day long sightseeing of Jaipur, we will leave for Delhi. Overnight stay will be in Delhi.

Day 07: Delhi-Departure

This will be the last day of your Golden Triangle Tour. Representatives of Top India Tourism will pick you from your hotel once you had your breakfast and escort you to the airport from where you can embark upon for your onward journey to your home.
